Roller coating

Our line of coating is professional and reliable

The automatic line consists of:

  • Sanding paper machine
  • 5 roller machines for coating
  • 1 roller machine (polychrome) for decoration (dots and various)
  • 1 silk-screen-printing machine
  • Main curing owen

Our coating line is fully automatic and has three phases:

  • Pretreatment of the raw disk (mechanical sanding to create a rough surface for a better adhesion with the coating)
  • Application of non-stick coatings to interior side with the possibility of “Polychrome” effect
  • Application of exterior coatings with the possibility of “Polychrome” or “silkscreen” effect

Both sides of the disc can be customized according to customer needs.

Once the production phase is over the coated material is ready for molding and other subsequent processing.
During each stage of processing a number of quality tests is carried out in order to ensure the production of items having the following essential characteristics:

  • Complete sintering of the coated product

  • Wear- and acid resistance

  • Adhesion of the coating to the metal support
