Non-stick test
Fully automatic line with three phases:
- Surface pretreatment (sanding and/or washing)
- Application of non-stick coatings or ceramics to the interior side
- Application of any coating to the exterior side (ceramic-silicone-PTFE) with the possibility of decorating both sides

A fully automatic line includes:
- Corundum sanding machine
- Washing tunnel
- 3 coating booths
- Oven
In the application phase, we use a new automated control system (deionizer) equipped with new-generation jets that allow the spray containment (over spray) of coatings creating a clean working environment and thus safeguarding the environment by avoiding emissions.
